It was a pleasurable night under the stars and the full moon at Buddha-Bar Beach at Abaton Island Resort & Spa in Hersonissos. Opened in a stunning seaside location, featuring an original neo-Asian theme, the beach bar is the newest project in the Buddha-Bar portfolio and the third in Greece, designed to offer its Cretan guests memorable experiences of fine cuisine, mixology, and live events with international DJs.
We joined some friends who were going to the "Fly FM Sunset Party" with guest DJs Niko Papazoglou and George Vlassis (from Fly FM 88.1), eager to enjoy the evening that promised a cocktail festival and good music, in an exotic ambiance.
The place was busy, full of relaxed and cheerful people. Chill House and Lounge music were spreading a calm and restful vibe, in resonance with the sumptuous statue of the Buddha, which was dominating the setting. Some people were enjoying their drinks by the pool, having a beautiful view of the sea, while others trying some of the delicious Asian-inspired dishes from the restaurant menu.
After the romantic sunset, the party gradually came to life. Accompanied by rhythmic music, the disco lights lit up the dance floor, while the evening breeze began to make its presence felt, refreshingly enveloping the silhouettes launched in motion. It will be a long night at Buddha-Bar Beach for those who like to spend time with friends, enjoy great food, and appreciate the fun side of life!
